Island TV celebrates Mother’s Day

More than 700 spectators filled the North Miami Beach Performing Arts Theatre on Sunday May 8th to celebrate the American version of Mother’s Day.

The second annual celebration organized by Island TV was a huge success. Attendees were treated to tours of songs by the legendary Leon Dimanche, internationally known Haitian Artist Beethova Obas, Jocelyne Labylle, Toto Necessite, Top Adlerman and Nu-Vice.

The evening was hosted by our own Ed Lozama whose tuxedo was repossessed at half time by the rental company. His Mother “Man Dodo” had to rush him new clothes before he could continue the performance.
